Aftercare

At havi we design and install systems which will continue to work long after the project has been completed and handed over to you, but they do require regular checks and software upgrades to ensure that they continue to operate correctly and efficiently.

We recommend our field engineers carry out inspections to check operational effectiveness, identify weaknesses, and provide updates before potential issues lead to breakdown. Working with our customers we can tailor a bespoke cost effective support plan to ensure our service to you, and care for your system, is an on-going concern. Allowing you to continue to enjoy your system to its full potential for many years.

If you have an existing system which was installed by another company, but you have lost faith in their abilities, we would welcome the opportunity to take over the care of your system and maintain it for you, providing advice on any suitable alterations or upgrades that maybe required. You will receive the highest level of care, as well as telephone support and priority call outs to attend to your system. We are also able to offer off-site support by remotely logging into your system if the necessary hardware is installed, removing the inconvenience of having to wait in for engineer.

We offer planned preventative maintenance contracts which are tailored to meet your requirements and system, with this maintenance carried out with discretion and minimum disruption.
